National Store Manager
The National Manager oversees operations for both Crumbs & Whiskers locations, one in LA and one in DC.
The National Manager is responsible for:
Hiring, inspiring, and developing store managers to ensure that both locations run at peak performance
Supporting management team's human resource needs, including managing full employee life-cycles
Working with the store managers to develop annual budgets for the company and both locations
Ensuring each location hits their budgeted financial goals
Developing and maintaining company wide KPI's (SSS, Gross Profit, OSAT, NPS)
Monitoring store purchases and inventory control standards
Reinforcing a company culture of incredible guest experience
Constantly seeing the cafes through the eyes of the customer and instilling a culture of doing so
Maintaining and improving company standards of cleanliness and cat care to support cat health
Liaising with rescue partners to support the timely adoption and care of cats
Managing bookkeeper and accountants to receive timely and correct financial reports
Qualified Applicants will possess:
5 Years progressive retail experience
3 Years managing a team of 30 over multiple locations or departments
Experience analyzing financial reports
Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage through unusual events
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
