National Store Manager

The National Manager oversees operations for both Crumbs & Whiskers locations, one in LA and one in DC.

The National Manager is responsible for:

  • Hiring, inspiring, and developing store managers to ensure that both locations run at peak performance

  • Supporting management team's human resource needs, including managing full employee life-cycles

  • Working with the store managers to develop annual budgets for the company and both locations

  • Ensuring each location hits their budgeted financial goals

  • Developing and maintaining company wide KPI's (SSS, Gross Profit, OSAT, NPS)

  • Monitoring store purchases and inventory control standards

  • Reinforcing a company culture of incredible guest experience

  • Constantly seeing the cafes through the eyes of the customer and instilling a culture of doing so

  • Maintaining and improving company standards of cleanliness and cat care to support cat health

  • Liaising with rescue partners to support the timely adoption and care of cats

  • Managing bookkeeper and accountants to receive timely and correct financial reports

Qualified Applicants will possess:

  • 5 Years progressive retail experience

  • 3 Years managing a team of 30 over multiple locations or departments

  • Experience analyzing financial reports

  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment

  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage through unusual events

  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
